For me the magic moment was my boss telling me at age 35 that just because two people disagree, it doesn’t mean one of them is wrong. He was explaining why he wasn’t taking my recommendation on a path of action, and how he articulated it (you’re not wrong, but neither am I) transformed how I view disagreements now. Thank god, just in time for marriage #2.
