I actually quite like when people post their earnings, because hiding earnings doesn’t serve any purpose. I’m mature enough to interpret the information for my own ends.

Great rant RC, but fwiw, I’ve never seen anyone comment that engagement is a bad thing. Probably selective attention on my part. I haven’t done the math, but I’m pretty sure I get more followers (value ~ 0) from commenting than from writing. I find that bizarre, but it is what it is. I comment much more these days because I’m a writer myself, I can’t understand other writers popular or not being stingy with their time for other writers.

But hey, maybe I’ll get there some day myself 😂
