I haven’t read Catcher in the Rye, but the AI version sounds better to me. Your point however is made with all the other examples. Voice is voice, and when I have AI give me suggestions it doesn’t matter how clever it is, it’s not MY voice. I’ve given up for now. Clever post Annie!
