The problem with having kids is that there isn’t really a way to know if they’re going to make you a better person. You might be beyond help because of your own shitty parents. But sometimes kids are awesome. Does that mean you shouldn’t take the risk? Well for sure don’t do it if you’re miserable and you think they’re somehow magically going to make you like your life. That almost never works out.
