You talk about total reads but don’t break it out into members vs non members. I find non member reads are worth 0, and when I manage to write a post that has good SEO, I get lots of reads but little earnings. Depends on what you’re trying to accomplish - I’m trying to build an audience, not make money right now on Medium. All those reads will pay off at some point!
